Top 5 Tuesday | Video Games

*Hello loves! Today I'm giving you a list of 5 things that I'm loving lately. I've never done one of these before but I've always wanted to. I'm hoping to make this a monthly thing. Sometimes they will be themed and sometimes it will be 5 completely different things. Anyway, I hope this post is super chill and gives you a bit of a break.

Top Five Video Games

For my first Top Five post, I thought it would be fun to round up my favorite video games. I'll be honest and tell you that I don't play a lot of video games. I'd much rather read. But I do like them quite a bit. I even got myself a Nintendo Switch so that I'd have more opportunities to play games. I love RPG and strategy games. I'm not much for 1st person anything. They actually give me motion sickness/vertigo 😞Anyway, here are my top 5 video games!

- I'm not known for starting and completing games. But this one I finished. And it was SO good. The story was everything and yes, of course, I developed a crush on the main character. It's not my fault ok. He's a cowboy/outlaw. What's not to love? I love the play style of this game. You interacted with the surroundings and other characters quite a lot. It's just overall an excellent game.

- I started this one a while ago and then COVID hit. I typically play games on the day my boys aren't home so now that they can't go anywhere I haven't had a chance to pick this back up. It's also O.W.L.s month so I've got lots of reading to do. I can't wait to get back to it though. What I did get to play of it was really good.

- This game was actually the reason that I bought the Switch. I bought it originally for the PS4 aaaaannnnddd I kept "stealing" my husband's game time. So when I found out I could play this on the Switch I promptly talked him into buying one for me. 😁I did beat this game and I really enjoy it. It's a great strategy/building type game. The graphics are really pretty.

- I bought this game for the Xbox and I really did enjoy it. I still like it I just don't take the time to play it. I plan to get it for the Switch so that I will play it more often. The graphics are cute, but it can get a little repetitive.

5. Assassin's Creed (the Ezio games)
- I have played the first three Assassin's Creed games and they are by far my favorites. I love Ezio. He is my favorite assassin. I've contemplated playing the newer games but the storylines just don't interest me. I've also watched my husband play all of the games so I'm not missing out on any storyline info. I might play this new rumored one though. I mean, it's about Vikings. That alone intrigues me.

I'd love to know what your favorite video games are. Tell me in the comments!

Happy gaming,
